Lynn McMullen
Lynn McMullen has been a political activist and fundraiser working on national hunger and poverty legislation for over 20 years. Working as the National Grassroots Manager, Development Director and Executive Director for RESULTS, a citizens' advocacy network in the U.S.

She has organized and managed numerous successful lobbying and media campaigns to increase funding for Head Start, Food stamp program, Women, Infant and Children supplemental feeding program (WIC), Child Survival foreign assistance, and international microcredit. She has also successfully lead campaigns to alter international financial institution policies on behalf of the poor.

Her fundraising experience includes building the annual organizational budget from 250k to over $2 million. Lynn is a passionate champion of participatory democracy and citizen involvement in setting government policies and priorities.

Currently her professional responsibilities include being the Department of Peace campaign coordinator for The Peace Alliance (a 501 c4 organization). In addition she has co-founded a new non-profit and launched an initiative in South Africa to bring economic literacy and microfinance to AIDS orphans and vulnerable youth in rural areas of KwaZulu Natal. Lynn currently serves on the Grameen Foundation Board of Directors, and does consulting with the Center for Nonviolent Communication.

She is a grandmother and a Quaker, and living in the rain forest of western Washington.
